Implantology and prosthetics
Place state-of-the-art dental prostheses to restore smiles and function to missing teeth.

What the implantology service is for
When a tooth cannot be saved, it must be removed. Through implants we can replace a missing tooth with a fixed prosthesis without damaging the other surrounding elements. They also allow the rehabilitation of a saddle or an arch without the need for removable appliances.
It is important to conduct a thorough evaluation before implant therapy to ensure the optimal position of the implants in the bone structure. You can now call us to make an appointment.
How dental implants are made
Dental devices are body-compatible metal supports placed in the maxilla or mandible to replace the roots of absent teeth. Thanks to the latest research, new implants are surface-treated to accelerate and improve the healing and osseointegration processes. Thus, short and thin implants remain highly reliable even in the absence of significant amounts of residual bone.
They are manufactured from commercially pure titanium, the same material used for joint replacements. Due to its high biocompatibility, titanium fuses with the bone and stabilises the implant, making it permanent. By using the original parts, a solid and reliable anchorage for the denture is achieved due to the optimal connection between implant and abutment.
It is important to note that, just as there is periodontal disease for natural teeth, there is peri-implant disease for implants. For this reason, the patient must devote as much attention to dental implants, if not more, than to his own teeth, and must maintain regular check-ups as personally advised.
